Green Monday’s once-a-week plant-based meal philosophy is practiced by over 1.6 million people in Hong Kong, and has spread to over 30 countries. 

While Green Monday is the advocacy and social movement platform, Green Common provides the plant-based solutions. Green Common is the pioneer and leader in the “better-for-you” category in Asia. Our brand spans across offline retail stores, e-commerce, restaurants, and more. We are also the Asia distributor for many leading global brands in the plant-based food industry, including Beyond Meat, OmniPork新猪肉, Daiya Cheese, Califia Farms, and more.

负责管理、执行所以品牌线上线下活动

负责搭建、运营、优化公司新媒体平台（包括官网、双微、小红书等）

制定和策划品牌运营方案，提升品牌粉丝数、活跃度、影响力

负责宣传活动的创意提案和执行，有效对各环节能进行把控

与摄影师、创意团队等密切合作，执行营销项目和活动

Manage and execute ATL & BTL campaigns for our brands

Maintain and optimize brand presence on all media channels (Website, WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, etc.)

Manage social media strategy and campaign creation to improve brand exposure and awareness

Manage and review the effectiveness of all branding campaigns and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Work closely with photographers, creative team and printing house for the execution of marketing projects and campaigns

- 持有市场营销、公关、传播学本科学位或以上相关学历

- 5年以上中国市场营销、品牌推广或新媒体运营经验

-  有销售、餐饮、新媒体背景或KOL、创作界资源优先

- 有较强的独立策划、组织和执行能力

- 熟练掌握Google Drive, Adobe CS, 微软系统、新媒体APP编辑等软件

- 具备良好英语及普通话沟通写作能力

- 有良好的团队合作精神

- 对环保及绿色生活有一定热诚, 对素食产品有认识为佳

- Degree holder or above in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related disciplines

5+ years of experience in digital marketing/communications/social media strategy for China

- Preferably has working experience in retail / F&B / media industry with good media, agency, production house, and community network

- Well-organized with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage a tight schedule

- Proficient in Google Drive, Adobe CS, Microsoft Suite, social media apps and editing software, etc.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

- Passionate about promoting the green lifestyle, knowledge of vegetarian / vegan products is a big plus

Raise awareness on health and sustainability, and increase demand for plant-based goods

Raise awareness of Green Monday, Green Common and its affiliate brands in China

Broaden the reach of F&B and retail channels that carry plant-based options

Explore partnerships with different channels including hospitality, food service industry and e-commerce platforms

Perform market and sales channel analysis as part of market research

Responsible for implementing Green Monday restaurant collaboration programs

Liaise and arrange blogger/media tastings and related events

Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

Report to Hong Kong HQ

接听客户日常来电等咨询服务，记录及联系相关同事处理并提供后勤服务

处理客户订单、样品寄送，并跟进发货流程

制作日常销售报表，单据，文件，资料等

定期查阅库存货量并与系统核对，如发现有问题及时联系相关同事处理

准备会议资料、样品和整理会议记录及存档

安排公司日常行政事务，包括清洁、雪柜内的样品整理、设备维护

协助及参与其他公司委派的工作

Raise awareness on health and sustainability, and increase demand for plant-based goods

Receive and make record of daily customer calls, following up with the relevant colleagues to provide logistics services

Process customer orders, sample deliveries, and follow up with the order placement and delivery process

Create and maintain sales reports, invoices, documents, and other materials

Regularly cross-check warehouse inventory with internal system, and report any problems or inconsistencies to the relevant parties

Prepare client meeting materials and samples, record meeting minutes and archive information as needed

Manage regular office administrative duties, including office cleaning, sample preparation and organization, equipment maintenance

Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

- 一年或以上公司行政及后勤工作经验，曾于跨国企业工作者优先考虑

- 具备良好英语及普通话沟通写作能力

- 电脑运用能力，熟悉Office办公软件

- 对环保及绿色生活有一定热诚，对素食产品有认识为佳

- 有良好的团队合作精神

- 性格开朗、工作积极主动、态度认真及负责、有耐性及问题处理能力

- 须户外工作

- 1+ years of experience in corporate administration or logistics, preferably for a multinational company

- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite

- Passionate about promoting the green lifestyle, knowledge of vegetarian / vegan products is a big plus

- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

- Outgoing, patient, and proactive with strong sense of responsibility and good problem-solving skills
