Moving towards a vegan diet is easy, especially if you bear afew things in mind when starting out. So let’s start by looking at your overallapproach. The most obvious way to become vegan is to focus on eliminatinganimal products from your diet. No worries—why not take the pressure off by giving a vegan diet a three-week test-drive? One great benefit tomaking a temporary commitment is that research shows it takes about 21 days toform a lasting habit.
